This Refund Policy applies to laboratory analysis services purchased from Kovar Analytics through this website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.
2. Refund Eligibility Before Sample Arrival
You may request a full refund at any time before your sample has been received at our laboratory. Once a sample is received and logged into our intake system, the order moves into the analysis pipeline and is no longer eligible for a full refund.
3. Refund Eligibility After Sample Arrival
After a sample has been received, refunds are limited to cases where Kovar Analytics is unable to perform the requested analysis due to circumstances within our control. In such cases, a full or partial refund will be issued at our discretion.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not provided for results a customer disagrees with, for unsuitable samples (such as expired material, insufficient quantity, or contaminated samples), or for orders cancelled after the analysis has been completed and the report delivered.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us via the Contact Us form and include your order number and the reason for the request. Refund requests are typically processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
6. Changes to this Policy
Kovar Analytics may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on this page.
